45 boys and girls (well teenagers) looking for adventure.
Hiking in the sunshine. Learning about hydration and nutrition - and therefore survival. Jumping in, splashing about and wild swimming in the river. Kids being kids. Teenagers being teenagers. Nerf battles - Team death match. Capture the flag. Den building. Man-hunt. Water fights. One of the hottest days of the year so no fire-lighting. Anticipating tiredness for all, but perhaps less so for the fitter ones! Lesson: exercise is good for you, it keeps you healthy and alive - and it's fun. We had the pleasure of meeting many cool guys (both male and female) over the last two days and the greatest ones were those that parked their inhibitions and got stuck in to all the activities. Okay that means 100% i.e. 89 children / teenagers. One life - so live it!!! Please don't just retreat back into the gaming world. Comments are closed.
